HAITI’S NATONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE CONSTITUTES A GOVERNMENT-IN-WAITING-ONLINE    ANY VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED

Haiti's National Trust Infrastructure (SMART Nationâ„Ē)

The five functioning branches of Haiti's National-Trust-Infra-Structure (SMART Nation) are the Executive, Legislative, Judicial, National Board of Managing Directors, and National Credit Union.

(SMART NationTM): Haiti’s National-Trust-Infra-Structure is a National-Participatory-Technological-Trust-Media-Network which once integrated into the government of Haiti will interconnect all Haitian citizens (Participants or Users) via a National Trust Account, National Bank Account, National I.D./Debit Card; and pay them (Haitian citizen) dividends in the form of a Universal Basic Income (UBI) (plus residual income) like Tik-Tok, Facebook, or YouTube.  It is mandatory that every Haitian citizen enroll into the National-Trust-Infra-Structure @www.HaitiReformationProject.com in order to become both Beneficiary and Managing Director of the established National Trust.

To Whom It May Concern,

The CORE Group/CORE Group trust organization is the legal-advisor to the government of Haiti.  In fact, the CORE Group was the legal-advisor of President Jovenel Moise.
The origins of the CORE Group trust organization is at the Ottawa Initiative on Haiti which was a conference hosted by Canada that took place from January 31 – February 1, 2003 (just one year before the February 29, 2004 overthrow of President Aristide after-which they utilized UNSCR 1542 to covertly place Haiti under the auspices of CORE Group trust).

Therefore,

We, the People of Haiti, hereby Constitute this National-Trust-Infra-Structure in order to nullify United Nations Security Council Resolution 1542 and the CORE Group/CORE Group-OAS Trust organization; retain National Sovereignty; and place ALL of the Land, Territory, and Natural Resources of the Republic of Haiti (known and unknown) under a National Trust.

Take Notice:  This is a legally binding website due to service of Un-lateral Declaration on behalf of Haiti (dated October 17, 2018); Haitian signatures on petitions; Power-of-Attorney by Yah-Weh Law Firm; Cease-and-Desist TABULA-RASA ACCCORD dated March 26, 2021, to Permanent Mission of Venezuela to the United Nations; Permanent Mission of US to United Nations, Permanent Mission of Haiti to United Nations, and the United Nations.  Upon reception of said dossier which requested a Constitutional Referendum; President Moise rescheduled his April 25, 2021 Constitutional Referendum in Haiti for June 27, 2021 also including the Haitian diaspora.   President Moise was in the process of utilizing the United Nations to fund and assist in conducting this Constitutional Referendum (including Haitian diaspora) before it was rescheduled for September 26, 2021 and he was assassinated on July 7, 2021.  The utilization of the aforementioned dossier, which contained a Power-of-Attorney, by President Moise to conduct a Constitutional Referendum on behalf of the Haitian diaspora is the “Act of Procuration” which made it legally binding; as the “P.O.A. of Record” at the United Nations and Attorney-in-Fact, Marc Pierre, Procurator of the Republic of Haiti.

After the assassination of President Moise; upon discovery of the Berlin Conference type ‘Ottawa Initiative on Haiti’ and CORE Group trust organization; to retain National Sovereignty, Attorney-in-Fact Marc Pierre as Procurator of the Republic of Haiti (C.E.O.) decided to utilize the “P.O.A. of Record” to establish a National Trust @www.HaitiReformationProject.com which places ALL of the Land, Territory, Natural Resources of the Republic of Haiti under a National Trust.

Attorney-in-Fact, Marc Pierre, National Agent, and Procurator of the Republic of Haiti has made it mandatory that every Haitian citizen enroll into the National-Trust-Infra-Structure @www.HaitiReformationProject.com in order to become both Beneficiary and a Managing Director of the National Trust.  Attorney-In-Fact, National Agent, I, Marc Pierre, Procurator of the Republic of Haiti has also authorized the Haitian diaspora to establish a Transitional Board of Managing Directors from the Haitian citizens who have enrolled as Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Infra-Structure @www.HaitiReformationProject.com.  This Sovereign Transitional Board of Managing Directors will be integrating this National-Trust-Infra-Structure (SMART NationTM) into Haiti by replacing the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) with a National Credit Union, issuing each Haitian citizen (Beneficiary) a bank account, and connecting their National Trust Account Profile to it.

SMART Nationâ„Ē:  Haiti’s National Trust Infrastructure is a Revolutionary action because it makes Haiti the first nation to utilize the internet to form a government.  In fact, an AI Operating System will be trained alongside SMART Nationâ„Ē:  Haiti’s National Trust Infrastructure in order to enhance the efficiency and operational capacity of government.  Not only is this prototype of internet government a Revolutionary Act but it’s also the next step in the evolution of sovereign government; because it gives the people of Haiti a direct arm in their own governance; in the form of a National Board of Managing Directors.

Take Notice:  The five functioning branches of Haiti’s National-Trust-Infra-Structure (SMART NationTM) are the Executive, Legislative, Judicial, National Board of Managing Directors, and National Credit Union.  We don’t recognize the unelected Haitian government of CORE Group/CORE Group-OAS Trust appointee Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-AimÃĐ; CARICOM appointed Transitional Presidential Council (TCP), and CPT coordinator Laurent Saint-Cyr.  Therefore, due to the legal Abdication-of-Authority, Responsibility, Sovereignty, and Power by Haiti’s Body Politic via UNSCR 1542; once Attorney-in-Fact, Marc Pierre, Procurator of the Republic of Haiti has established a branch of government, Transitional Board of Managing Directors, it becomes de facto, the only truly sovereign entity of the Republic of Haiti, commencing ipso facto, a Sovereign Transition to the Transitional Board of Managing Directors.
