The following are banned from enrolling within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure:  Anyone connected to Gangs or gang activities and their family; Anyone connected to Kidnapping and their family members; Any Duvalierist and their family members;Anyone connected to any Drug Activities and their family members; Anyone connected to Civil Societies or Organizations (and their family members)destabilizing Haiti for foreign entities; Anyone (and their family members) connected to the administration of President Bertrand Aristide; Anyone (and their family members) connected to the un-elected, defacto government of CORE Group/CORE Group-OAS employee”PM” Ariel Henry nor any previous government since 1960; Anyone connected to or funded by any foreign entities (and their family members) such as IRI, NED, or CIA, etc. destabilizing the Republic of Haiti; Anyone affiliated with the Forces Armées d’Haïti (FAD’H) (and their family members); Anyone affiliated with the National Police of Haiti (HNP) (and their family members);nor Anyone affiliated with any unit of government failing to address insecurity in the Republic of Haiti; Anyone affiliated with the assassination of President Moise (and their family); Anyone from the Foreign Syrio-Lebanese-Jewish Oligarchy and their family members; All members of Haitian media (and their family) involved with propagandizing the people; etc. With further restrictions to be determined at a future time.  Anyone found illegally enrolled within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure or with a falsified Trust Account will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law!
