We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you enroll in Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.. The personal information that we collect depends on what you provide on the enrollment form of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Required Information: *Enter name, *Phone number, *SSN, *Birthday; *Place of birth; *Address; *Email Address; *Mother’s name; *Father’s name;
Needed Information: Secondary Address; Mother’s birthday; Father’s birthday; Mother’s place of birth; Father’s place of birth; Passport ID number; Life Insurance policy
Information that must be uploaded later: 2 forms of government ID; Birth Certificate; and Upload Fingerprints
2. ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR HAITI'S NATIONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE
To enroll as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure you must be at least 13 years of age. All applicants who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to enroll within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure. If you are a minor, you must get parental consent before enrolling within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. Applicants do not provide sensitive information on the enrollment form for Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure.
User data is collected by enrolling in Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. You consent to give your information during the process of enrolling in Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. The information you provide is then utilized to establish a password protected Trust Account for Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. The collected user information is then displayed in the Trust Account of the Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure. Your information is then processed on www.HaitiReformationProject.org in order to verify the identities of Managing Directors enrolled within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING AND PROCESSING INFORMATION ON HAITIREFORMATIONPROJECT.ORG
Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure is a legal arrangement made, via Power-of-Attorney, between the Attorney-in-Fact Marc Pierre (Grantor) and the Managing Director (Trustee) via www.HaitiReformationProject.org in order to manage the assets of the people of the Republic of Haiti (Beneficiaries). The Trust Account of Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure is evidence of the established Trust.
The information you provide when enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org “AS IS”; is for your personal internal business use of building economic wealth via a Trust Account and you may not access Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure for any other purpose than that for which we make available.
4. HOW LONG DOES HAITIREFORMATIONPROJECT.ORG KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
www.HaitiReformationProject.org will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). You have the right to withdraw your consent by contacting us or deleting your account. Take note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
6. Account Information
Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure have access to review, change, or update the information contained in their password protected Trust Account by logging into it. If at some point you wish to restrict the use of your information, you may disenroll as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
Managing Directors have the option of deleting their personal information by terminating their Trust Accounts and disenrolling from Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. Upon your termination of your Trust Account; we will deactivate your Trust Account and delete your information from our active database. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
www.HaitiReformationProject.org will not lease, sell, or distribute, your personal information to any third parties; unless we have your permission or are required to by law enforcement. We may also disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider.
We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be “selling” of your personal information.
