These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you’), and the Attorney-in-Fact, Marc Pierre, concerning your access to Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure by enrolling as a Managing Director on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. You agree that by enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, or print your Trust Account (which is evidence of the established Trust) after enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you frequently visit this page. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM ENROLLING AS A MANAGING DRECTOR OF HAITI’S NATIONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE AND MUST DISENROLL IMMEDIATELY.
1. HAITI'S NATIONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE AND HAITIREFORMATIONPROJECT.ORG
The information provided when enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure via www.HaitiReformationProject.org is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any enrollment requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who chose to access Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure via www.HaitiReformationProject.org from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
2. NATIONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Copyright exists automatically in an original work of authorship once it is fixed. This National-Trust-Structure is an original fixed intellectual work which is captured under the authority of Attorney-in-Fact Marc Pierre in the sufficiently permanent medium of the internet. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights to Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure and www.HaitiReformationProject.org including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics; as well as the trademarks and logos contained therein. In the US, creative works are protected by copyright law by default. Our content and intellectual property rights are protected by laws and treaties in the United States and around the world.
Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure nor www.HaitiReformationProject.org may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to access or utilize your Managing Director’s Trust Account within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure and www.HaitiReformationProject.org will terminate immediately. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in utilization of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure and www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on www.HaitiReformationProject.org infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us utilizing the Contact Information provided below. Please be advised that pursuant to applicable law you may be held liable for damages if you make false misrepresentations. 3.Modus Operandi of Haiti's National-Trust-Structure
Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure is a legal arrangement made, via Power-of-Attorney, between the Attorney-in-Fact Marc Pierre (Grantor) and the Managing Director (Trustee) via www.HaitiReformationProject.org in order to manage the assets of the people of the Republic of Haiti (Beneficiaries). The Trust Account of Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure is evidence of the established Trust.
All of the Land, Territories, and Natural Resources of the Republic of Haiti will have effectively been placed under a National-Trust, once more than 50% of the Haitian population have enrolled as Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure.
Once the Republic of Haiti is placed under a National Trust; Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure must be incorporated into an updated Haitian Constitution which is based on the Founding Constitution of 1804 via a Constitutional Referendum
Once Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure has been Incorporated into and Inaugurated by the Constitution it will form the foundational infra-structure of the Republic of Haiti’s new governmental system; and operate as Haiti’s National Credit Union and Cooperative.
Users enrolling into Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure must also agree to help build Nouvelle Haiti.
4. Enrollment within Haiti's National-Trust-Structure
To enroll as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure you must be at least 13 years of age. All applicants who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to enroll within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure. If you are a minor, you must get parental consent before enrolling within Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
By enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure; you represent and warrant that: (a) all enrollment information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such enrollment information as necessary; (c) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (d) you are not under the age of 13; (e) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission; (f) you will not access Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org through automated or non-human means, whether thru a bot, script or otherwise; (g) you will not utilize your Trust Account with Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (h) your utilization of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Trust Account as Managing Director and refuse any and all current or future use of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
Once you have enrolled as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure; you will be held responsible for all use of your Trust Account and agree to keep your password confidential.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES OF MANAGING DIRECTORS OF HAITI'S NATIONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE ON WWW.HAITIREFORMATIONPROJECT.ORG
The information you provide when enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org “AS IS”; is for your personal internal business use of building economic wealth via a Trust Account and you may not access Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure for any other purpose than that for which we make available.
After enrolling for a Trust Account and being appointed as Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure, you agree Not To:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from www.HaitiReformationProject.org to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure, Trust Account of Managing Directors nor www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Utilize any information obtained from www.HaitiReformationProject.org in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Make improper use of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure, Trust Account of Managing Directors, nor www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Utilize Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure, Trust Account of Managing Directors, nor www.HaitiReformationProject.org in any way inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or utilize the username of another user.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collecting or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gfs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “PCM”).
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on www.HaitiReformationProject.org or the networks or services connected to www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten, any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Trust Accounts of Managing Directors on www.HaitiReformationProject.org or any portion of on www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
- Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software.
- Make any unauthorized use of www.HaitiReformationProject.org, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Utilize www.HaitiReformationProject.org as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use www.HaitiReformationProject.org and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Utilize www.HaitiReformationProject.org to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your Trust Account after enrolling as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide, while establishing a Trust Account, following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
7. MANAGEMENT OF THE TRUST ACCOUNTS OF MANAGING DIRECTORS OF HAITI'S NATIONAL-TRUST-STRUCTURE ON WWW.HAITIREFORMATIONPROJECT.ORG
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor www.HaitiReformationProject.org for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) the Trust Account of Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from www.HaitiReformationProject.org or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Trust Accounts of Managing Directors of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure on www.HaitiReformationProject.org in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
8. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect once you have enrolled as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure and obtained a Trust Account on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF WWW.HAITIREFORMATIONPROJECT.ORG “AS (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR TRUST ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your Trust Account as a Managing Director of Haiti’s National-Trust-Structure for any reason; you are prohibited from registering and creating a new Trust Account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your Trust Account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of www.HaitiReformationProject.org. at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. We will not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
We cannot guarantee that www.HaitiReformationProject.org will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to www.HaitiReformationProject.org, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify www.HaitiReformationProject.org at any time for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no lability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability access or use www.HaitiReformationProject.org during any downtime or discontinuance of www.HaitiReformationProject.org. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support www.HaitiReformationProject.org or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or clam related to these Legal Terms (each a “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least 90 days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Part to the other Party.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be 3. The seat, or legal place, or arbitration shall be Belgium. The language of the proceedings shall be English and the governing law of these Legal Terms shall be substantive law of the US.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there’s no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
13. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on www.HaitiReformationProject.org. that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the www.HaitiReformationProject.org at any time, without prior notice.

17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of www.HaitiReformationProject.org; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of www.HaitiReformationProject.org with whom you connected via www.HaitiReformationProject.org. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
18. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to www.HaitiReformationProject.org for the purpose of managing the performance of the Trust Accounts of Managing Directors on www.HaitiReformationProject.org, as well as data relating to your use of www.HaitiReformationProject.org.
